Technocratic rule.
The Power Corporation, John Kenneth Galbraith and Maurice Strong: Canadian "ANYWHERE'S" go back a long time.

Canada, and arguably the world, has a “techocrat” problem. People who are not elected, yet our political class uses them incessantly to give a politician “a plan” or a “Strategy” in overcoming an issue or problem, and they also would advise on probable deniability on any idea the technocrat foments for the politician.
Politicians dont really like to think, and love to have “solutions” brought to them. They also love money tossed at them to follow “strategies” they never thought of and relish being able to “explain” these “strategies” to the common people telling them why they now need these “strategies” put into place. Now the carpet bagger politician has done their job instituting the technocrats idea/strategy. We need to look to where these “technocrats” get their ideas from.
Technocrat (wiki)":
“There is in common usage found the derivative term technocrat. The word technocrat can refer to someone exercising governmental authority because of their knowledge,[11] or "a member of a powerful technical elite", or "someone who advocates the supremacy of technical experts”1
John Raulston Saul, husband of Canada’s former Governor General Adrien Clarkson, wrote this book on technocrats: “Voltaire's Bastards, The Doubter's Companion and The Unconscious Civilization”.2 This book was the first place this writer had heard the label “technocrat”. When looking to Wikipedia for a quick bio of Saul we find: “After helping to set up the national oil company Petro-Canada in 1976, as assistant to its first chair, Maurice F. Strong, Saul published his first novel, The Birds of Prey, in 1977. Strong described Saul as "an invaluable, though unconventional, member of my personal staff."3
One of the very “technocrats” Saul may very well be describing in his book could be John Kenneth Galbraith, who was a Canadian/American economist AND he also was a diplomat, public policy maker, and Harvard intellectual. A Technocrat it would seem. How and why did he reach such a high level to advise US Presidents, and politicians of all stripes it seems. Was he just an absolute genius to rise from graduating from the Ontario Agricultural College with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, majoring in “animal husbandry”. This allowed for him to progress later in his career to going to Berkley and getting a Masters and Doctor of Philosophy in Agricultural Economics. Now the little boy from Ontario was able to advise on Economics. But then he ultimately was set onto interrogate Albert Speer a few yrs later. Odd place for one with a Masters and Doctor of Philosophy in Agricultural Economics. This guy is a real life Jack Ryan.
Looking a little farther, one can find out what his path may actually have been. How about wiki not listing any connections he had to pre WWII germany and how when he met his wife she was attending the University of Munich.4 That is a big deal imo, but to “sludge” up the narrative some they attached the additional unrelated fact that she lived in the same dorm as the girlfriend of Hitler, sending one on a red herring to see if he was directly connected to Hitler. One could find it more intesting in the fact they did not put that he met his wife in Munich, in soon to be nazified, and still very Prussian (see Prussiagate series on Substack by Will Zoll), Germany. The Wiki page for Galbraith says “On September 17, 1937, Galbraith married Catherine Merriam Atwater, whom he met while she was a Radcliffe graduate student.”
(Galbraith in 1982)
Galbraith, among many other endeavors in his lifetime, fomented the creation of the WEF. It seems Klaus was “given” the ideas for WEF and how to run it by three “technocrats”: Galbraith, Henry Kissenger and Herman Kahn. These three did (among many other things) the initial leg work for its “purpose”, got the “money” interested and set up the idea of “annual” meetings of this crowd, meeting regularly in Davos each yr of course.
The WEF as we read below seems to have been “think tanked” and the idea given to Galbraith, kissenger and Kahn to start to organization that could carry this onto their 2030 conclusion. Leaving it with Klaus to continue on until the corporate “partnerships” between our govenments (corporations themselves) are overcome by the demands of the “partnerships” that are not part of any nation.
“In fact, Kissinger would recruit Schwab at the International seminar at Harvard, which had been funded by the US’ Central Intelligence Agency. Although this funding was exposed the year in which Klaus Schwab left Harvard, the connection has gone largely unnoticed – until now.”
“… the World Economic Forum is not a European creation. In reality, it is instead an operation which emanates from the public policy grandees of the Kennedy, Johnson and Nixonian eras of American politics; all of whom had ties to the Council on Foreign Relations and the associated “Round Table” Movement, with a supporting role played by the Central Intelligence Agency.”2
(Klaus Schwab speaking at the inaugural meeting of the World Economic Forum, 1971, where Galbraith was a keynote speaker.)
As Canada continues to seem to be embrioled with this “globalist” march of terror, its astounding to see the “Canadians” who have been involved in globalist endeavors for a very long time, and Galbraith is just an example of the “technocrats” we can send out to the world. Bob Rae being a Rhoades Scholar is one glaring example of a technocrat in sheeps clothing. But entities like “Bob Rae” have to honed and created by a guicing hand. The Desmarias family is one shining example of a “guiding hand” in Canada. They own one of the largest corporations in the world, of course called the “Power Corporation”:
“Power Corporation of Canada was formed in 1925 by two stockbrokers-Arthur J. Nesbitt and his partner, Peter A.T. Thomson. Nesbitt served as the company's first president. Power Corporation was created as a holding company hto manage their substantial investments in public utility companies involved in the electrical power industry in Quebec's Eastern Townships, plus in the other Canadian provinces of Ontario, Manitoba, New Brunswick and British Columbia. In the latter part of the 1930s, the company acquired a controlling interest in Bathurst Pulp and Paper Company Ltd., and in 1938 Canadian Oil Companies., selling the latter to Shell Oil Company in 1962.
In 1952, Arthur J. Nesbitt was succeeded as president by his son, Arthur Deane (1910–1978). The Nesbitt family sold most of its interest in Power Corporation to the Paul Desmarais group in 1968 and by 1970 no longer had any involvement.”5

The Desmarais family is wildly influentual in Canada. From wiki it shows listings of the politicians who had direct board seats on the Power Corporation and others connected to the power corporation in Canada. The whole section from Wiki is included below as it is very detailed:
“The corporation has been criticized for its influence on Canadian politics through its relationships with prominent politicians, including several prime ministers and provincial premiers.[4] Critics "occasionally charge that the family’s political connections give it unfair advantages," says the New York Times in 2007. The company has been known to defend federalism in Quebec.
Paul Desmarais Jr., was one of thirty members of the North American Competitiveness Council, a group whose advice directed the policies of Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP).
Several former Canadian prime ministers have occupied a position on the management team or on the board of Power Corporation, of one of its group companies or of its international advisory council :
- Former Prime Minister of Canada Paul Martin was hired in the 1960s to work for Paul Desmarais Sr. by Maurice Strong. Martin became president of Canada Steamship Lines, a subsidiary of Power Corp., and in 1981 Desmarais sold the company to Martin and a partner. Martin went on to make his personal fortune as an owner of CSL.
- Former Prime Minister of Canada Jean Chrétien sat on the board of Power Corp. subsidiary Consolidated Bathurst in the late 1980s, before he became the leader of the Liberal Party of Canada. Chrétien's daughter France is married to the son of Paul Desmarais, André.
- Chrétien's long-time aid and chief policy advisor Eddie Goldenberg also worked in the past for Power Corp. John Rae, strategist for Chretien, served as Power Corp.'s executive vice president. His is the brother of former interim Liberal Party of Canada Leader Bob Rae.
- Former prime minister of Canada Pierre Trudeau served in the mid-1990s on Power Corp.'s international advisory board. Trudeau's assistant Ted Johnson also worked for Power Corp. During the Trudeau administration, Michael Pitfield held a variety of positions in government, but during his time in the private sector, he was at one time a vice-chairman of Power Corp.
- Former prime minister of Canada Brian Mulroney also has a relationship with Power Corporation. Mulroney's friend Ian MacDonald described Desmarais as "Mulroney's mentor in the business world", and it is believed that Mulroney has done legal work for Power Corp. since the end of his term as Prime Minister. Additionally, former Mulroney Minister of Transport Don Mazankowski served as Power Corp.'s company director.
- Former premiers of Ontario Bill Davis and John Robarts of the Progressive Conservatives have both sat on Power Corp.'s national advisory board.
- Former premier of Quebec Daniel Johnson Jr. worked for Power Corp. from 1973 to 1981, and in the last three years of this term was a vice president of the company.
- Former member of the Liberal Party of Canada Maurice Strong became president of Power Corp. by his mid-thirties. He had a role in the creation of the Canadian International Development Agency, and in 1976, he was appointed to run Petro-Canada. He later worked for the United Nations.
- Power Corp.'s international advisory board has featured individuals such as former German Chancellor Helmut Schmidt, former oil minister of Saudi Arabia Sheikh Ahmed Zaki Yamani, former head of the US Federal Reserve Board Paul Volcker, and the previously mentioned former Prime Minister of Canada Pierre Trudeau.
- The former Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec's president and CEO, Henri-Paul Rousseau [fr], acted as the vice chairman of both Power Corporation and Power Financial Corporation starting in 2009 until January 2018.”5

It would seem that the Desmarais family maybe part of the globalist strong hold we see in Quebec in 2022. Harshest lockdowns of all Canada during pandemic, their riot police were used in the trucker debacle Trudeau let happen and were some of the most well trained and brutal of the police tactical teams used.
They no doubt themselves in this group, who call themselves “Anywhere’s”:
“Historically, the Laurentian Elite were Upper Canadian Anglo-Protestants and Québécois Patricians, and their descendants still dominate the upper strata of politics, the bureaucracy, Crown corporations and agencies, academia and media. Private-sector membership tends toward legacy industries (particularly banking/finance and manufacturing), often dominated by multi-generational families. The media, particularly the CBC, project the “consensus” across the country. As Diane Francis has observed, the elite’s members have remarkable mobility among the upper levels of Canada’s government, business and the bureaucracy.
Today’s Laurentian Elite is also arguably our franchise of the mobile, transnational professional class — the “Anywheres” as discussed in Stephen Harper’s 2018 book, Right Here, Right Now. They are, according to Harper, urban and university-educated professionals who “have become genuinely globally-oriented in their careers and personal lives.”7
Galbraith is the man whosuggested Robert McNamara to become JFK’s Secretary of Defence. He is a whole other article.
Time to get rid of the underbelly of our governments and rid ourselves of trained “Technocrats” who are working in cojunction world wide to foment controls when this collapse is all over. When the smoke clears, technocrats better run.
